What Environment Do You Use to Build Websites?
We build exclusively in WordPress and can integrate any shop/ecommerce platform you wish (Shopify, WooCommerce etc.)
What happens if my website goes down?
If your website goes down I will ensure it is back up in a timely manner. This should not be a concern however because my hosting and server partners have over 99.9% up time.Â
Do you require a deposit to begin work?
Yes. After a consultation and scope of work, either a deposit or full payment is needed to begin work.Â
I currently use Wix, Squarespace or Shopify, can I work with you?
Yes! I will always recommend my clients switch their website over to a self hosted wordpress solution.Â
In the long run it is cheaper, offers more flexibility and superior results for anyone focusing on SEO and organic traffic.Â
Will I have control over my site to make minor changes and edits?
Yes, upon site delivery I will include a training on how to easily edit your site content with a simple custom visual editor built for your specific site needs.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, each of our web design packages can be purchased using a custom payment plan. In addition ask about our discounts for Woman, minority and student run businesses.Â
Do you offer refunds?
No, all of our work is custom and done with the customer in mind. We offer a certain number of revisions per website, based on the package selected. We do work tirelessly to make sure our clients are satisfied. Happy to report that we haven't had a dissatisfied client yet!Â
